How to cook Rajamudi Rice?
Rajamudi rice needs extra soaking
Wash and soak rice in clean water for about an hour and cook like your regular rice.
This rice can be used to make idli, dosa and even the flour can be used to make idiyappam, rotis and more.
Soak overnight and pressure cook. Light and healthy to eat
Great variety of rice
We loved this Rajamudi rice that we tried for the first time ,for the fact, that though not very fragrant, it’s really light on stomach for digestion. And I would certainly buy it again.
Taste wise it’s good
Taste wise it’s good...but gets infected by pests very quickly..
I have tried various cold pressed oil products from Freshmill i.e coconut, niger, almond, castor , cow ghee etc and have to mention they are top notch in quality &packing. The organic jaggery is my favorite and gives you that earthy aroma of real jaggery. A must try and buy for everyone, i have a become a regular now at Freshmill.
I have ordered Rajmudi rice for the 1st time, ordered and tried and this is the best kind of colored rice I hae ever taken. Everyone at home liked this rice. I like to see 10 kg pack and also want to see the prices slashed a little bit.
