The corner stone of any south Indian dish are two ingredients Ginger and Tamarind. Though rarely used together, they have been giving pungent spiciness and tanginess to our dishes for a long time now. We at Pickleberry wanted to find out what happens when we bring these two famous ingredients into a pickle and we have our own inji-puli achar.
